QR code photo sharing for weddings and events
A QR code is the shortest distance between your photographs and three hundred guests. One code goes on the invitation, the welcome board or the table card; a guest scans it with the camera they already have and lands in the gallery. There is nothing to install, no password to pass around and no list of phone numbers for you to collect.
How it works
Generate the code for the wedding
One code for the whole wedding, not one per function. Put it on the card, the signage, or a board at the entrance.
The guest scans it
It opens in their browser. No app, no login, no OTP.
A selfie narrows it to them
Optional, and it is what turns four thousand photographs into the eleven they are in.
They download or make a reel
Web-sized copies by default, with your logo on any reel they share.
What is different here
One code for every function
Haldi, mehendi, sangeet and reception sit under one guest link, so you print one code and the guest scans once for the entire wedding.
It works on the invitation too
The same wedding can carry a digital invitation with the full schedule, venues, RSVP and a gate pass per guest — made to be forwarded on WhatsApp.
Nothing is required of the guest
No app, no account, no phone number. The fewer steps between the code and the photograph, the more guests actually reach it.
Questions studios ask
- Do I need a separate QR code for each wedding function?
- No. One code covers the whole wedding. Guests scan once and reach every function — haldi, mehendi, sangeet, pheras and reception.
- Does the guest need an app to scan it?
- No. Any modern phone camera opens a QR code, and the gallery opens in the browser. There is nothing to install.
- Can I print the code on the wedding invitation?
- Yes. The code is yours to place on the card, the welcome board, table cards or signage, and it keeps working after the wedding.
- Can guests see photos they are not in?
- Only if you allow it. You can limit guests to the photos they appear in, or open the whole gallery — the couple and your team always see everything.
- Is the gallery visible to Google?
- No. Clients’ galleries are deliberately kept out of every search index. Only the studio’s own public pages are crawlable.
