AI face search: every guest finds their own wedding photos
A wedding produces thousands of photographs and no guest will scroll them. Face search turns that pile into one short gallery per person: the guest takes a selfie on their phone, and gets back every photo they appear in. They do not install anything and they do not make an account.
How it works
You upload, or it uploads itself
Camera cards, phones, or a Google Drive folder you already use. The ingestion hub shows what is uploaded, what is indexed and what is still waiting, so you are never guessing mid-delivery.
Faces are indexed as photos arrive
Indexing runs while you are still uploading the rest, so the gallery is ready close to when the upload finishes rather than hours after it.
The guest scans and takes a selfie
One QR code on the card or the signage. The selfie is matched against the index and their photos come back — in a browser, with no app.
They share it, with your name on it
Guests can turn the photos they found into a reel carrying your studio logo. Every guest who posts one is marketing you to the next couple.
What is different here
The whole wedding, not one event
One selfie spans every function — haldi, mehendi, sangeet, pheras, reception — under a single guest link. Tools that treat each event as a separate gallery make the guest repeat themselves five times.
The original is kept, not just a preview
Every original photograph is backed up off your Drive, so a download serves the full-resolution file. Most platforms hold a web-sized copy and point at your Drive for the rest, which spends your own Drive quota every time a guest downloads.
Guests get web-sized copies by default
Originals stay yours until you decide otherwise. Controlled downloads are a setting, not a plan upgrade.
Questions studios ask
- Do guests have to download an app?
- No. They scan a QR code or open a link, take a selfie in the browser, and see their photos. There is nothing to install and no account to make.
- Does one selfie work across all the wedding events?
- Yes. A wedding in RAIMO is one event with many functions, so a single selfie returns the guest photos from haldi, mehendi, sangeet, the pheras and the reception together.
- What if a guest does not want to be face-matched?
- Face matching only happens when a guest chooses to take a selfie. A guest who never takes one is never matched, and the couple controls which folders are visible at all.
- Can guests add their own phone photos?
- Yes. Guest photo pooling lets them add their own photographs to the event, so the couple receives the whole wedding and not only what your camera saw. You moderate what goes in.
- Who can see the full gallery?
- You decide. Guests can be limited to the photos they are in, while the couple and your team see everything. Private galleries are kept out of every search index.
