Clear policies on what you agree to when you use RAIMO, how guest face matching works, where your studio's photographs are kept, how refunds work, and who helps us run the service.
RAIMO's AI Photo Finder lets a guest find the photographs they appear in, across the events of a wedding, by taking a selfie on the event's page. The guest reaches that page through the event's QR code or link.
Used for one thing only: matching runs within the studio's own event to show the guest their photographs. It is not used to identify anyone elsewhere, it is not shared between studios, and no photograph or face description is used to train anything.
The studio's part: studios must have permission to upload photographs of the people in them, and should let guests know that the event offers photo finding by selfie. A guest who wants their photographs or details removed can ask the studio that invited them, or write to contact@raimo.in.
