When you connect tethering hardware, ingest direct camera cards, or upload high-resolution digital negatives (including Canon CR3, Sony ARW, Nikon NEF, and Phase One IIQ files), you retain one hundred percent (100%) of all copyright, moral rights, exploitation prerogatives, and ownership titles.

The RAIMO No-License Covenant:RAIMO explicitly disclaims any operational license to view, sublicense, sell, duplicate, display publicly, or utilize your studio's creative assets for promotional or commercial purposes without explicit, bilateral, written consent. Ingested photographs are treated with bank-grade confidential segregation.

Under no circumstance does RAIMO harvest, scrape, parse, or feed client-submitted photographs, proofs, high-res masters, or client feedback into public generative AI pipelines (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or open LLM training sets).
